Delivery and Returns
Where do you deliver?
We deliver Worldwide using a two-tier flat rate. However, Artisamber Limited is not responsible for any customs or duty which is liable for the country of dispatch. This is soley the responsibility of the purchaser.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 -5 working days of accepting your order.
We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched from Artisamber Limited containing details on how to track your order online.
How long is delivery likely to take?
Local delivery within Hong Kong 3-5 days from confirmation of order.
All Orders may be cancelled before items are dispatched. Please contact us by email to check on your order status.
If your order is already in transit to you, the goods will need to be processed under the Return & Exchange Policy
Return & Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or damaged item and need to return to us, the item must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Please contact us by email to make arrangements for return. A full refund, exchange or voucher will be given.
Change of Mind
Provided you purchase a full priced item, an exchange or voucher will be given but only on items that are returned within 14 days and with the original tags and packaging.intact.
How do I return an item?
In the first instance, please contact us by either telephone or filling in the contact form, quoting your order number and date of order.
We will look at the circumstances of the return and advise you accordingly
